Mods on Windows 7 Ultamite 32bit - WhiteLeopard - 24.04.2011

When i mod vehicle,skin etc it not changes in game,its still same. I tryed with IMG tool and SAMI,donts work
Mod and GTA directory are correct

SA:MP does not officially support mods, and this propably isn't the right place for asking. Anyways try to run the game/install the mods as admin.

I had the same problem. You will need to re-install GTA. Then open up gta3 with your IMG tool. Then place the mods, and klick Commands -> Rebuild Archive and it should work

If this does not work, after you have Rebuilt the archive, try it out with SAMI. Then it should start working.
