Blaster at Area 69 - CODMW5 Owner - 22.04.2011

Okay so I have an CODMW5 server and wanted to know for the blaster at Area 69,51 what ever we have set to send nukes to others basses when called upon do to who has taken over the area51..

So i wondering if there is possible to make it shot down any enemy aircraft that would fly over that area when another team has the base taken over??
