C++ RUNTIME LIBRARY ERROR - Just4y - 19.04.2011

The following error happens when :

I turn on my SAMP; Enter a MP Server ( Random ;Bugs with Any; )usually LS-RP. After 2-3-4 even 5 minutes of gameplay, my GTA-SA crashes and the error listed above shows up.

I tried:
- To uninstall my mods.
- To reintall samp.
- To reintall GTA.
- To reinstall EVERYTHING.
- To delete the gta*.dat from My documents>GTA.
- To run Registry Fixes and so on ( ya know those programs eh )
- To install/reinstall the latest .NET Framework.
- Microsoft Visual Studio Aswell.
- SA directory change/rename.

Notes:
-Yes I'm with GTA v1.0 and blabla I pass all requerments to play, and I played untill yesterday (nothing changed). And now.. when I enter - BUM THE ERROR.
- I'm running Windows 7 32 bit passing genuine check, windows updating and all.



Help, PL0X?

Edit: If you can't tell me how to fix it at least try to tell me what it comes from ^^
