Commands Not working!?! please help - Frogger75 - 19.04.2011

Well since i fixed the gamemode actually showing up on SA-MP, now i have one last issue to fix. On Pawno it shows the commands:

/carmenu
/hell
/rules
/stunt

and Etc..

But for some reason in game, when i type the commands there not working is there something missing or something i messed up? please help.
