hm? the car is under that ramp? just take off the car destroying him. Or, by other way I understood, the object you chose as ramp may not be solid.

Probably that object you're using is not solid, even if mapped.
Try using another objects as the ramp if possible.

There is a program to make your own objects and make them solid, but it cost $3000 (yes three thousand) to buy or around $100 (i beleive) for students. Its called "3ds MAX" there is alot of other stuff involved in making an object but from what i have read that is what you need. It is 3d redering software and the mod is specially for samp objects to create .col files (collision files that make objects solid). I have used this type of software before and it is a hell of a lot more complicated than you think it takes weeks/months even years to learn.
If you realy want to make your own objects the best place to learn (for samp) is the gamerx website.
