Question i see a nice script - dekrumel - 18.04.2011

i was on an stunt server and when you type the "ctrl (strg)" button 10 metre in front of you a ramp appear and after 5 sec it disappear and i want to make this command but i dont know how can one body telling me how it goes

PS: the ramp id is 3582
