ok byethost allows php ofc and php tutorials go here. So easy, byethost is a good freehost. Not the best but good.

Im using it, its a good host, no ads and the most important things: the speed & uptime is pretty good as well.

I am a huge fan of byethost. They offer very good hosting. Very fast, PHP, MySQL, FTP, etc...
I really recommend it to you
