Well m having a normal ping rate of 240 to 258 ms which causes lagg in my server so can anybody show me how reduce the ping below 200 ms ?

Try to close every program and then start playing SAMP.at least it helps me...

I got no programs in my startup or even in notification tray but still m facing the problem btw my server is hosted in germany

Get a better internet connection.

@ Vince : m already havin the best net connection..it has nothin to do with my net connection @ Miller : thx fr the help pal i would definately try tht ..do i gotta paste tht (default 5) part together with sleep 0 ? and whr i should i put tht in server.cfg

Putting the sleep value to 0 is not a good idea on shared hosting or a VPS. It also won't help your ping much on a remote host.
