AllowAdminTeleport( 1 ); at OnGameModeInt, put it to 0 or just delete it. I'd like to note, only RCON admins can use it, so you don't have to worry about other people using it.

Do what @playbox12 said, or make sure you don't have ****** installed LawL :P
edit - ****** is the most used hack/cheat tool :P so-be-it..

Alright, but please be more specific, by "whenever I create a marker" what do you mean by that?.
And use [ pawn ] [ /pawn ] instead of [ code ] [ /code ] please.
And no need to post the whole GM codes here lol, just post the one where you think it contain the errors.
