Black screen with Resolution 1024x768 - MrND - 09.04.2011

Hello everyone,

I was playing SA-MP at 1024x768 resolution till yesterday. I have installed some mods for GTA SA and unistalled them, after that I've changed my resolution to 1440x900 and tried to back it to 1024x768, I have back it, but it has big problem, my screen on monitor from right side is totaly black(around 5cm[2Inches]), I thought: It has got 'bug', because of mods, then I re-installed GTA SA, SA-MP, etc... Updated the drivers but it's still bugged. I'm 100% sure that my monitor or Graph is accepting and can hold this reoslution I played GTA SA on this resolution 2 years and I have never changed my PC hardware and I'm using XP Home Edition. Does anyone know where is problem in software or hardware or can this be fixed?

> Delete gta_sa.set

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files

If it's saved as that... and delete gta_sa.set

NOTE: You will/may need to do your settings again such as audio etcetera in-game settings but that's not really difficult since you just press escape.

Just try the auto function of your monitor. It's your monitor which makes the problem so search for auto adjusting functionn on your monitor

Much easier to just delete gta_sa.set ...

Lool, the auto button on your screen is just one press and you're done. So that's much easier, than to reconfigure your controls.

Nonetheless, I suggest trying out both of those suggestions.
