Good job. But I really don't think the cash, speed in MPH and name are necessary.
You should consider revising and replace those 3 with something else.

Do you really, really need nickname to be displayed? Have you thought of long nicknames, with over 15 characters will go beyond borders? ... and even beyond screen. Anyways, I'll give it 7/10... 3 for textdraws, and 4 for good effort

It would be better if you removed Name and money or replace name with vehicle name.
In that way you would get speedometer, and this one looks simple and many servers should use simple instead of "advenced" one - just makes the screen full of useless shit.
Anyways really nice.
