When I try to create a folder, to install samp on..
it won't let me continue?... I'v only witness this on xp.

hmm right its when you open the GTA Install and want to go next right where it needs a direction you can't?
press Next, or does it say anything.

Its should work becuse I had 2 computers with Xp and Sa-mp

You don't need to create any folder. The setup will install the files inside your GTA:SA folder. Just be sure to specify it's location.

Is your SA executable name: gta_sa.exe ?

If your GTA's name is not gta_sa.exe, than change it into gta_sa.exe than try again.
