Can't load mySQL plugin - linuxthefish - 04.04.2011

I'm trying to use this SQL plugin with my server. I've put the file "sql.dll" in my plugins folder, and added "plugins sql" to my server.cfg file. Sceenshot can be found here - /imageshack/img683/5151/hmmkb.png

EDIT: Forgot Net Framework 3.something!

Just tried adding libmysql.dll to the server root, and that didn't work
