GTA_SA Error? - DarrenReeder - 03.04.2011

Hello. I am trying to run Gta SA on my Windows XP machine. I Do meet the minimum requirements. When i start up SAMP or even single player GTA i get a "Send Error Report". Ive tried deleting the gta setting file but doesnt help..
