how to make gm tut like a rp server when u finsh u will go to main places in town then after tut player spawn

Set the camera behind the player or either spawn him.

Use several textdraws/gametexts, timers and the function SetCameraPos and SetPlayerCameraLookAt.
After that spawn the player.
