Bad player list - iToast - 31.03.2011
Well, lets start posting names.
Rcon Flooders:

Proof:
[10:05:15] [join] [STR]CookieMonster has joined the server (0:86.105.67.127)
[12:10:28] BAD RCON ATTEMPT BY: 86.105.67.127
Continues a few THOUSAND times...

Obviously he's attempting to Brute-Force your RCON login in order to get you password and gain RCON access.
Limit the RCON attempts between 3 to 5 times. After that the IP (& player) should be banned.
