Sorry i can't read what your problem is, remove the colors and I can help you. I'm not gonna keep highlighting your text to see what you write.

Use SetPlayerPos to put the player somewhere near that spot (hidden from view). Buildings will only load if the player is close enough to them.

Oh by the way: This yellow text is hard to read and EXTREMELY annoying. Furthermore, I can see your hacks (have fun getting banned), and you might want to do something about your grammar as well. Not many players (if any at all) will join a server that has text written in very, very poor English.
