Ok PC spec. Which CPU do you use? How much ram?
The game does not require much graphics. So, your video card is good enough because one of my PCs have the same video card. Good enough for most things.

i have this problem too, i have a good enough pc, excellent internet connection, single player run normally but samp run with too much lag.
