Hi! I'm a Chinese. There are many people play SA-MP in my motherland. And we relly want to make a gamemode by ourself. But many of us didn't learn English well (Me Too Q.Q). It Means that we need to learn knowledge form SA-MP wiki and translate English into Chinese. But I Didn't Have an Account(TAT).Can any Managers Create An Account For Me? Plzzzzzzz
