Why in RP servers are admins just giving anything to players (who didn't even earn the items in the first place) and calling them "Refunds" when above I gave you the definition... it don't make sense.

Its because there are alot of servers that break off of servers and they all still operate under the wing of the same kind of.. system.. and they give people the same stuff they had at a similar server to get a higher playerbase.

If you find a server like that better leave it, you will not appreciate what you earn and you will end bored.

Also the quality of it would be really low.

Server owner(s)/Admin(s) bribing players.

It's very clever marketing, keeps people coming to small servers when they got bored with other one
Although it's overused by noobs = useless and depreciated by the All-Knowing Body of RP servers That Rules Everything Makes Trends And Stuff (vide vBulletin forums - you don't have one? You suk!)
