hello when i go ingame i can join but i dont seem to be able to see other people cold anyone help me please?

ingame i but it changed now first i see people then i dont see sertain people then i dont see cars then the cars change in somehng else thenk it stop bt changes again sow please help me

Is it your own server? It's maybe the gamemode.
And try re-installing SAMP, or even better GTA SA & SAMP
