Whats this place? Is it some kind of spawn place or something? Sometimes while spectating people and I also see this place alot on other servers when theres bugs. And sometimes a random dumper falls down there.

It's a place where spec cam hangs when player is in different interior/world, rescript your spec system and it'll be gone
