Sorry for my ignorance, but how can I put a red triange over a player's head?

create 3Dtext lebel and Attach it to the vehicle...

try attaching this 1318 = Arrow

For the marker above vehicles: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/SetVehicleParamsForPlayer

And if you want to use it for players, use AttachObjectToPlayer with the yellow entrance marker as object.
