how to do, server opened all time?? withour host
i mean make the server still open when my pc is shutdown i saw servers name " test server" and there are not in a host list i saw a lot and they work all time

If a server is in the "Internet" list it does not mean that it is not hosted at a paid host.
That just means they just didn't pay for being on the "Hosted" list.

You have to pay extra to have your server in the "Hosted" list, if not your server will be in the Internet list.
To have your server on 24/7, leave your computer on, or rent a server.

During monday to friday my PC is on from 3:00pm to 11:00pm (or later) Eastern Standard Time -5:00. On the weekend, I just leave it on the whole day.

Until you have a good scripted server, at least %50 of it done THEN I recommend hosting it. Don't start hosting it if its not yet complete (like my server, I host from samp-server.exe). You must make sure your router is port-forwarded if you want players from the internet to come on.
