I need help with teams. - fie - 21.03.2011

Ok i am making a war script.
when they join they will be spawned with CJ then they will go to the tut of the server...
after the tut text comes up for them to /chooseteam
then it says /assasinators or /terrors

when they type one of those cmd i want it to set there team and make it so they cant kill there own team
how do i do this?
