Do you have some surround setting somewhere, ingame (i don't think It's possible ingame like in GTA4?) or in a control panel? I know I have to disable 5.1 Surround in Realtek HD Audio Manager when i plugin my headset or else GTASA will sound weird.

GTA:SA doesn't have surround audio, so It wont work correctly with It enabled.
Are you sure you don't have a control panel for your audio drivers that have it enabled?

But I meant the soundcards drivers, not your Headsets.
