server world time is 11:00 how to set +1 houre

dude whit this i get 12:00 hour
my zone time is now 13:00 and server is 12:00 i want server worldtime become 13:00
when my zone time is 15:00 server worldtime is 14:00
do you understand waht i want to say?
so someone know how to do this?

gettime and getdate return the current time and date of the server it's running on, not that of your client. To fix it, add 1 hour in whatever function you use to display the time.
