I've seen this done on a few servers/admin systems. Is there a reason behind the madness?

Some people don't even know what it stands for they just use it because they see other servers use it too.

It makes no sence, just for randomness, took from other server, or "leet".
I usually make the max admin level 5 or 6.

Exact same, depending on the levels either 5 or 6. usually 5 because more isn't needed.

Well this is mostly for RP GM used. I mean for my DM server i use 1-2-3-4-5-6-1337-99999

So you might see these in most RP gm
