is there a way to disable radio ? or any ideas on how to do it ?

You cant disable it but there is a mod client side which allows you only to disable it.
there is 1 way for everyone entering a car to disable it just make it once they enter car Play a sound
with
https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/PlayerPlaySound
play like 2 or 3 sounds
it should disable the music in the car as far as i think.

WHY! WHY does everyone ask this question, if they'd searched first they'd realize oh shit, i could of not of made myself sound stupid..Seriously theres like 1000 topics with this very same question. Use search next time.
