Can someone convert mods from GTA-IV <Car mods FOR GTA-IV> so they can be used at the same quality as they were <I mean graphics and textures>

Thats not spam..comrade..
As far as I know its possible to convert it, but you won't have those 'exact same' graphics as you would have in GTA IV.

it should be possible by opening it with some meshing tool+plugins and then converting it for the gta sa ddf and txd files
but I'm not talented at that
