SAMP 0.3c bug/problem - NDCMango - 17.03.2011

i upgraded to 0.3c but i didnt uninstall 0.3b so when i start a server with the 0.3c server list it says during the game load SA-MP 0.3b-RC2 has started im running vista but im not the admin, if i run as admin it works but i dont have the admin password help plawks?

first you uninstall 0.3b > then install 0.3c > then it will work fine
