Hey guys. I know a server with a locking code that locks vehicles to a faction in a certain way. It locks it to a faction by not even acknowledging that you pressed "F" or "Enter". I'll clarify:

1. You walk up to the car.
2. Press F.
3. Absolutely nothing happens; it's like you never pressed F.

How could i do this?
