How come this keeps restarting? - boxhad - 14.03.2011

Ok, i've got my server online the black command prompt comes up but then inside it, it keeps saying the same thing over and over every like 10 seconds, all though in the beginning it says server is online and all that... How do i fix this? i think it is like auto restarting or something

I dont script really, im using my friends gamemode he gave me permission to use, Now how exactly/where do i get that?
