How can i make a Website for free that only i can use, umm, like it is not public... i need it just to test the thing i wrote a line down v

How can i make/Can someone make a .HTML or .PHP or what it is who reads from my MySQL Database?

Check out the tutorial by HiC.TheKiller, it has a great example to get you started using PHP. GL
