SAMP Installation help (Weird Bug) - Master_Gangster - 13.03.2011
EDIT: I fixed it.
It was my stupid Norton Antivirus with its "HIGH Protection for everything" that was blocking it.

Thats extremely weird. You're sure you uninstalled before reinstalling?
