How could i make a super basic I for a bot that would find the nearest player and attack him? I am going to use this on my server. THANKS!!!!!

Good luck. SAMP NPC are not capable of this. There use to be a plugin, CNPC that did make this possible but has since been removed from the forum. Hopefully the SAMP team will incorporate the CNPC ideas into the next release.
