This one is fairly simple, it has /buy and /sell and other commands. Also if you search in the filterscripts section of the forums you can find some more house systems you might be interested in.

That's a good one. But, the houses always end's up with a 1000k+ price, I can't edit it.
Also, It's a SendClientMessage spamming you as you enter the icon, can I make it into a gamtext etc. The text that appears on the screen? Thanks.

Its very easy to remove it, Just find all the house variables/cmds and remove them.
