Hey guys,
i need helpI've bought a Linux VPS + Domain/Website/Forum
Can i use my domain/website/Forum phpMyAdmin for SAMP MySQL? or i have to install something?

Install MySQL, install Apache, install PHP5, install phpMyAdmin.

The most VPS hoster want you to know some basic things about Linux... if you don't, it was the wrong idea to get a VPS. ****** for it.
