[help] How to fix OPCODE? - Tama - 07.03.2011

Hello there..
pls help me, ill have some bigger problem on my server..
that was OPCODE like Warning (opcode) bla bla..
and more, than i crash over , quit ingame and make me confuse.. -,-
i try to find how to fix it, i must remove all my mod like CLEO, ****** , or some car mod..
but same prob, they cant go away..
1 question
how to fix it??

notes: wanna look the opcode? try on my server on my sign.. find it at market and pier..

i've with uninstall the SA and change my GM.
but the OPCODE cant disappear, and anyone play on my server can find it IC..
