cars.cfg not loading - Ferrari123 - 06.03.2011

I'm working on getting a dealership working from the LARP script and I'm trying to load cars from cars.cfg to be in the server at a certain coordinate. I have all the proper functions for loading cars.cfg, but they're not showing up in game. How do you know what number of cars you have to add to Cinfo?
