Select the interior your using in mta map editor. Then add your objects.

You need a map editor to map inside interiors.

Launch mta, select the map editor from the start screen. Start a new map, select the interior you want to use from the menu at the top of your screen, then add your objects. Save map. Then you'll need to convert the map using one of the many converters.
