Hi I wonder two things about Sa-mp

1. What can I do to get the best graphics?? (Not mods) Just the orginal....

I have on more but I don't rember xD

What do you mean?
Since SA-MP is just a plugin that allows you to connect with other players in a sessions that doesn't means that your graphics are changed.
Your graphics should be the same with Original GTA SA.

Use ENBSeries

It accelerates your graphics and gives you the GTA IV Graphic .Im using it and it is the best xD

He said no mods...
To enhance the graphics, go in the main menu > Options > Video Settings > Advanced Settings and put everything on the max.

Anyway, like the others say you can do it in the options menu.
And no, you can't make GTA IV-like graphics without modding it all.
