Connection problem - xCrAzYx - 27.02.2011

This is quite annoying, and this is probably the biggest, most annoying piece of crap that has ever happened to me in SA-MP...
Now I know you can never Trust MTA..., which is what happened..
I installed MTA, and tryed joining a server, and it fucking bugged my Data folder or something..
So I put a new Data folder in it, and put a bunch of new things that are from GTA SA..
I still don't know whats happening, every since that situation happened, it keeps saying this..

"SA-MP 0.3c Server
Joining w/e server..
Server not responding..."

And no, its not because its the server, I tried popular servers with over 100 people, and servers that are online but only like 15 people...

I don't know if its my internet, but the guy that did this to me fucked me up bad, please.... Help?

Try a clean install of san andreas with no mods and such.

Clear install = deleting EVERYTHING including saves folder and installing GTA to COMPLETELY NEW folder, it must work
