Failed libmysqlclient_r.so.16 loading - whitedragon - 27.02.2011

how to fix it?
Failed (libmysqlclient_r.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such File or Directory.
i have no clue... I'm using VPS so all access.
Using MYSQL 2.1.1 plugin
