ok so I spawn a car with /v [id] and then I park it and do /save [comment]
then is there any other command I ave to do to save? Like a main save or anything?

No, after you typed /save it the code for you vehicle gets saved in savedpositions.txt which can be found in your GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP dictionary

You mean, to fix the car in position that u saved by '/save [comment]'?
