yes and i tried on my ip:7777 i see it on internet list and on favorite i see info but i cant connect

Reposting again and again wont help you (edit your last one).
To fix your problem try checking your firewall, if you have installed a new antivirus recently check its firewall. Turn it off or allow the samp-server.exe file through it. Try allowing the same file through Windows Firewall.
Check weather you enter the correct IP get your IP from ipchicken.com or try checking your ip from ipconfig in run command.
