SAMP Server Hosting - Trucker56 - 22.02.2011

I have had a problem with hosting my own samp server but i have not got it to work but i have the updated samp version which i got 2 days ago, i have also tried lan and it work for me on 127.0.0.1 and i have port forwared on my router

Please help me as i am wanting to get my own samp server running

The thing is I have port forwarded but no one can see it or connect to it outside my router it just says retrieving info

Please help

did you set announce 1
in your server.cfg ?

Is there anything else I could do

The only thing is that no one can see it

Are you sure you didn't add YOUR actual IP to the favourites list? Go to www.whatismyip.com, add that IP to your SA-MP favourite list with your port at the end.

It seems like you added your local IP which is 127.0.0.1 which only you can see it.

I tried that swell adding my ip from http://www.whatismyip.com/ and it just said retrieving info

Well then sorry, tough luck. Your router isn't supported I guess.
