Numbers on turfs - aqu - 21.02.2011

Can some one write,how to make numbers on turfs like here:

This is not Paint job.It is from nov's server.
How to make it?

If you guys don't know ,then how to make those boarders on turfs?To know if you in right zone ?

At first create a background gangzone with the normal size. Then create lots of smaller gangzones and leave out some blocks for the numbers as well as a few meters on the borders of the zone.

Then,it is hard work to make that for about 50 gangzones :O , is ther any other way ?

Nope, or you may wait till a include/fs/tool is created.
