Reseting hash passwords - diehard5225 - 21.02.2011

I have had some people in my server ask to change there pass cuz they lost it but satdm incodes it into has pass wat would i have to do to reset a hash password

i dont need to know it im talking they forgot there pass when trying to logon to the acc and they cant so it kicks them than they come on with a sec acc asking how to reset there pass
