Hey, i need realy help I need working Irc channel filterskript, like ppl can join in channels, can type pws and can talk /i or smthing Who have that, then post that there I realy need this

No, this are bots, but i want channel . I have that, maybe someone can fix that : http://pastebin.com/ZGxpfTk8 , and i get that there : https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=106368 , but when i go to game, type /ircoptions, "Create Channel" then that not respond, when i choos again "Create Channel", Then its say, i have one Plz help ...
